This is the Scariest Bodybuilder of All Time

I call him/her “Pat The Bodybuilder.”  I have absolutely no idea whether or not this is a male or a female.  My gut tells me it’s a male because of the face but then again you shoot enough hormones into you and a female face could very well turn out like that.

Good God I think I’m going to puke very soon.
